"Feels Like Finally Cleaning Out an Old Junk Drawer"
I connected my email to Shop and it brought in a bunch of my old orders quickly. it reminded me of all those times I used to sit there searching through my inbox, trying to find one random shipping email from months ago. Having everything in one place feels so much better. A few orders took a little while to show up, but overall it works well and makes tracking packages way easier

"The way the payments were split was just…"
The way the payments were split was just weird and kind of frustrating. I couldn’t really understand why it happened that way, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t do much to actually help. It felt like I was just being passed around without getting a clear answer.

I’ve never had a payment actually fail, which is great. It’s only been a little slow around once or twice, but nothing major in my experience.

It blocked one shady order quickly, which made me feel a lot safer using it. The refund did take a little while... but overall, I was glad it caught the issue fast

"Missing order and no real help"
I had an order go missing and tried using the shop app to figure out what was going on. The tracking kept showing these weird updates that didn’t really make sense, and when I reached out for help, I mostly just got told to contact the store. It felt like everyone was passing me around because of some policy loophole where the app shows the tracking but doesn’t really take responsibility when something goes wrong. It took days to get any clear answer, and even then nothing was actually fixed. The app is fine if you just want basic tracking, but if you need help with a missing order or a dispute, don’t expect much.
"Showed Up Early"
My order actually arrived about 2 days earlier than expected, which was great. Of course, my timing was terrible and it showed up when I wasn’t really ready for it, but that’s on me. Everything was in good shape and I didn’t have any issues at all. Happy with the whole thing.

"Decent app, but the pricing is a bit confusing"
The shop app is okay to use overall, but the pricing felt kind of unclear to me. I’d see one price while browsing, and then a bunch of extra costs showed up later at checkout. Shipping and fees really should be easier to spot before you get that far. It’s not terrible or anything, but it definitely made me trust the app a little less...

I was able to get into my Shop account without too much hassle. I did have to reset my password once, and the email took a little while to show up, but after that everything worked fine. Not totally perfect, but good overall.

"Works well for tracking orders"
I’ve been using the shop app for a while now, and it works good for me overall. The tracking usually loads fast, and it doesn’t crash much, which is kind of all I need from it, right? Every now and then the updates feel a little slow, or the app freezes for a second, but it’s not enough to really bother me. Seems like a solid app to me.

I was just browsing around and ended up finding a few small stores I hadn’t seen before, which was a nice surprise. It was easy to move between shops and save things I liked, so I didn’t have to think too much about where I left off. Overall, I had a good experience with it.

I ordered a hoodie through shop i was kind of let down when it showed up. The fabric felt thinner than I expected, and there were already a few loose threads in the stitching right out of the bag, which just... not a great first impression.
The shipping updates were fine and everything arrived okay, so that part wasn’t the issue. But the hoodie didn’t really look or feel like the photos made it seem. It’s not the worst thing I’ve ever bought, but I probably wouldn’t order from that seller again.

"Easy way to keep track of packages"
I’ve been using Shop to keep up with my deliveries, and it’s been really convenient. I like getting updates when my package moves or when it’s out for delivery, so I’m not constantly digging through emails or checking a bunch of different tracking pages. The notifications have been accurate for me so far, and just from how straightforward the alerts are, it feels like the app is meant to stay out of the way and just do its job. It’s simple, but that’s really all I need from it.

"Quick and Helpful Support"
I had a question about my order and the seller got back to me fast. They explained what was going on and honestly, wait, I really appreciated how simple they made it. No hassle, no confusing back and forth, just clear answers. It was nice dealing with someone who actually responds and helps out

I had to return an order and was a little nervous about how long the refund would take, since I don’t like money just being in limbo. It wasn’t instant, but the Shop.app did keep me updated enough along the way, and the refund showed up after a few days. Overall, it was fine and felt legit

"Checkout took more effort than it should’ve"
I used Shop.app to check out and it was kind of a hassle. Like, I’d already put in my info, but it kept asking me to confirm things again, and after a minute I was just sitting there thinking, why am I doing this twice? The payment did eventually go through, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but I had to go back a step at one point and the page felt a little slow too. Not the end of the world, just one of those annoying checkout experiences where you expect it to be quick and easy and instead you’re clicking around more than you should. If there’s another checkout option next time, I’ll probably use that instead.

"Shop Cash was a nice surprise"
I mostly use the Shop app just to keep an eye on my deliveries, but the Shop Cash has been the best part. I’m usually kind of skeptical with stuff like that because I don’t want to feel like I’m being tricked into buying more, but it’s actually been straightforward. It adds up faster than I thought, and it makes small purchases feel a little less expensive. The app is easy to use too, so no real complaints from me...

I mostly use Shop.app to keep track of my orders, and to be fair, it does make me feel like my info isn’t being tossed around somewhere sketchy. The privacy settings are actually easy enough to find, which is more than I can say for a lot of apps. I haven’t been hit with random spam or weird emails after using it, so that’s a relief. Payments feel secure too. i don’t have much to complain about, which is nice for once. It just works, and I’m okay with leaving my data there.

"Pretty handy for keeping track"
I’ve been using the shop app for my orders, and it’s been accurate with where my packages are. I like that all the updates is in one spot instead of checking a bunch of different sites. Every now and then it lags a little or says something is out for delivery later than I expected, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, it works well for tracking stuff I buy online
